30-day returns. Return shipping paid by AJResale.

Start a return

Request your return within 30 days after delivery. For an eBay purchase, open a return request from your eBay purchase history so the return stays linked to your order. For another order where this policy was provided, email us with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Return shipping

AJResale pays return shipping. Contact us first to receive the return instructions and prepaid shipping label. Return the item with its included accessories and package it securely.

Refunds

We issue refunds through the original purchase platform or payment provider within 2 business days after receiving your return. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Applicable marketplace protections and consumer rights still apply. Your provider or bank determines when an issued refund appears in your account.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us through the original purchase platform or by email with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos of damage or an incorrect item can help us resolve the problem.

Marketplace protections

For eBay purchases, the listing’s terms and eBay’s return process and buyer protections apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by law or the marketplace.
